Hidden Gem for Windshield Replacement
1) Provided reasonably priced quote which still includes warranty. No upsells. Other competitors were influencing me to claim through insurance so they can charge more.
2) Assured me that I can cancel appointment anytime rather than being pushy for sales. Matter-of-fact, I changed my appointment to even five days earlier time & they were still able to work on my vehicle.
3) Upon arrival, greeted me with smile & ensured all required Information is taken at vehicle drop-off time.
4) Complimentary shuttle service for drop-off & pick-up which other competitors didn’t even mention.
5) As promised, Vehicle was ready for pick up at the time estimated.
6) Paid as quoted price. No surprises or extra added in the name of services or unfamiliar findings.
7) I was surprised when I sat inside my car. They even made sure the sticker for oil change maintenance was placed in the new windshield. Kudos to this.

Bill and the whole team we’re nothing short of exceptional, I had a problem with calibration after install from another company, Bill was able to recalibrate my car in less than an hour and get me back on the road without having to deal with flashing icons on my dashboard. Thank you again guys!
